Refund & Return Policy — Mullen Tech Solutions LLC

At Mullen Tech Solutions LLC, we are committed to ensuring every product meets our standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The following policy explains how refunds, returns, and replacements are handled for all products and services.
1. Custom-Built Computers
a. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns on custom-built computers within 14 days of delivery, provided the system is returned in the same condition as received and shows no signs of damage, tampering, or user-caused hardware failure.
b. Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a track-able and insured shipping method to ensure the product arrives safely.
c. Packaging Requirements
Returned computers must be shipped in their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging). Mullen Tech Solutions LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by inadequate return packaging.
d. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days after the product is received, inspected, and confirmed to be free of damage or user-caused issues. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
e. Deductions (if applicable)
– A 10% restocking fee may apply if components show wear, missing packaging, or require reassembly/testing.
– Any missing accessories (cables, power cords, documentation, etc.) will be deducted from the refund amount.
– If damage is found that was not present upon shipment, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified.
f. Software & Data Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before returning or shipping a computer. Mullen Tech Solutions LLC is not responsible for data loss, file corruption, or software issues arising from return, repair, or inspection processes.
2. 3D Printed Products
a. Quality Disclaimer
All 3D printed products are made using additive manufacturing techniques, which can naturally result in minor imperfections, layer lines, or surface variations. These are normal and do not qualify as defects.
b. Refunds & Reprints
Refunds or reprints will only be offered if:
– The item arrives broken or severely damaged due to shipping, or
– The wrong product or material was sent in error by Mullen Tech Solutions LLC.
c. Reporting Damaged Items
To request a replacement or refund for damaged prints, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
– Photos of the damaged product and packaging
– The order number and a brief description of the issue
If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement print or issue a refund at our discretion.
d. Non-Refundable Items
Because 3D prints are often custom-made to order, refunds will not be issued for:
– Minor surface imperfections or cosmetic flaws
– Changes of mind after printing has begun
– User-caused damage or post-processing mishandling
3. Services (Repairs, Consulting, and Installations)
Service fees (including diagnostics, labor, or consultation) are non-refundable once the service has been performed. If an issue arises from our work, please contact us within 14 days, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution.
4. Warranty vs. Refund
Our 2-year limited parts warranty covers defects in components and workmanship, but does not guarantee eligibility for a refund. Warranty service and refunds are handled as separate processes.
5. Shipping Damages or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected time-frame, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements for lost packages may depend on the outcome of the carrier’s claim process.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Mullen Tech Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if the product shows signs of misuse, unauthorized modification, or physical damage not caused during shipping.
