Terms of Service Agreement & Warranty Terms

1. QUOTE ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT

By signing or electronically accepting this agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
– The attached or referenced quote accurately reflects the requested services and parts.
– This quote is valid for 3 calendar days from the date of issue. If not accepted within this period, pricing and availability may change and a revised quote may be required.
– Upon acceptance, the Customer agrees to pay the full amount quoted upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Price Change Clause: In the event of a significant change in parts pricing or availability after quote acceptance but prior to purchase, Mullen Tech Solutions LLC reserves the right to issue a revised quote. The Customer will be notified and must approve the updated quote before any purchases are made or work continues.

2. WARRANTY – LIMITED 2-YEAR PARTS COVERAGE

Mullen Tech Solutions LLC offers a 2-year limited warranty on all new parts installed by the Service Provider, beginning on the date of job completion.

This warranty covers:
– Manufacturer defects or faulty components
– Parts failure not caused by misuse, physical damage, or software tampering

This warranty does NOT cover:
– Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper operation, power surges, or third-party tampering
– Software-related issues, viruses, or operating system corruption
– Water, fire, impact, or environmental damage
– Parts not purchased or installed by Mullen Tech Solutions LLC

Warranty claims:
All claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Mullen Tech Solutions LLC reserves the right to inspect and test components before honoring the warranty.

3. SERVICE TIME ESTIMATE / DELAYS

Service timelines provided are estimates only and are subject to change due to part availability, vendor delays, or delays caused by the Customer’s response time.

4. USED PARTS & CUSTOMER-PROVIDED PARTS DISCLAIMER

No warranty is provided for parts supplied by the Customer or for used/refurbished parts unless explicitly stated in writing. Mullen Tech Solutions LLC is not responsible for compatibility, performance, or failure of such parts.

5. DIAGNOSTICS FEE / MINIMUM FEE

A non-refundable diagnostic fee of $15 may apply to systems that are evaluated but not approved for repair or upgrade. This fee will be communicated prior to performing diagnostics when applicable.

6. DATA RECOVERY AUTHORIZATION

Data recovery services are provided on a best-effort basis. Mullen Tech Solutions LLC makes no guarantee of data recovery and is not liable for any lost, corrupted, or unrecoverable data.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Customer acknowledges that while reasonable care will be taken during all repairs and upgrades, Mullen Tech Solutions LLC is not liable for any loss of data, loss of income, or incidental damages. Customers are advised to back up all data prior to service.

8. OWNERSHIP & ABANDONMENT

All repaired or custom-built equipment remains the property of the Customer. However, if equipment is left unclaimed for 90 days after notice of completion, it may be considered abandoned and subject to resale or disposal at the discretion of Mullen Tech Solutions LLC.

9. INVOICING

Upon completion of the agreed services, Mullen Tech Solutions LLC will issue an invoice to the Customer reflecting the quoted amount, unless adjustments were made with written consent. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between the parties. No verbal agreements or representations shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by both parties.
